Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book mobile auto detailing services with Kish Auto Detailing Services.

Bookings

A submitted booking is a request for service. We may confirm, decline, cancel, or reschedule a booking when the requested time, location, weather, access, or site conditions make service impractical or unsafe.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. For changes inside that window, please message us so we can help.

Reschedule requests are handled through chat so we can check route, weather, and slot availability.

Mobile detailing may be rescheduled for unsafe weather, flooding, or poor working conditions at the service location.

If the vehicle or location is unavailable when the team arrives, the booking may be cancelled or marked no-show after reasonable contact attempts.

Site Requirements

  • A safe, legal place to park and work around the vehicle (flat, accessible, not obstructing traffic).
  • Access to a water source may be required for some services; let us know if none is available.
  • A power outlet may be required for some services; let us know if none is available.
  • Washing produces runoff/wastewater. By booking, you confirm the work area is suitable for this and that drainage at the location is your responsibility to disclose.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, a serviceable address, vehicle access, and truthful site information. Please disclose restricted access, unsafe parking, water or electrical limitations, flooding, drainage concerns, or other site issues before the appointment.

Transactional Email

By booking, you agree to receive email-only transactional messages about your booking, including acknowledgement, confirmation, reminder, cancellation, decline, on-the-way, and completion updates.
